Pricing

Three plans. No surprises.

Arqen is priced on the volume of analyses you actually run, not on a vanity user count. Every tier ships the same scoring engine, the same four insight cards, and the same unfiltered feedback. Pick the plan that matches the number of ideas you want to stress-test this month — change or cancel any time.

What every plan includes

The baseline does not change

Every paid plan ships the same multi-axis scoring engine (market gap, differentiation, execution risk, investor readiness), the same four insight cards, and the same report format — score in 0–100, citations to the market data behind each claim, shareable read-only links, and PDF export. Higher tiers buy capacity (more analyses per month), queue priority (faster results under load), and collaboration (multiple ideas at once, re-validation runs, prompt weighting). They do not buy a watered-down version of the tool.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I try Arqen before I pick a tier?

Yes. Free analyses are available without an account — submit your idea, get a score and four insight cards, see how the unfiltered feedback reads on your actual concept. If the report is worth more than the free preview, that is when a paid plan starts to make sense.

How are analyses counted against my plan?

Each main analysis run consumes one credit. Revalidating against a prior report also costs one credit — it is a fresh multi-axis run, not just a delta. Failed analyses (network timeouts, upstream provider errors) do not consume a credit.

Can I switch tiers or cancel?

Yes, in either direction, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is a single click in your dashboard; there is no support email required to leave.

What happens if a paid analysis does not finish?

Your credit is refunded automatically — failed jobs do not count against your monthly limit. We surface a retry UI on the failed run so you can re-submit without losing context, and credits are restored on the original job if the retry itself fails.

Do you offer team or portfolio pricing?

The Scale tier is built for that — 100 analyses per month, custom prompt weighting, priority AI queue, and a dedicated onboarding session for accelerators running a cohort. For larger portfolios or institutional buyers, get in touch and we will scope it.

Is my idea kept private?

Yes. Your submissions live against your private account and are never published, indexed, or shared with third parties. Free anonymous analyses are tied to an opaque session cookie, not your IP or fingerprint. The full data-handling disclosure is available in product.

Still deciding

Run the report once on the free tier — then decide

The fastest way to know whether Arqen earns its subscription is to run your actual idea through it — not a toy example. Submit your real concept, read the four insight cards, see how the unfiltered feedback reads on the thing you are actually building. If the report is worth more than the free preview, that is when Growth starts to make sense.
